1. Introduction These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in the Victory Workwear social media competition (“Competition”). By entering the Competition, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Eligibility
- The Competition is open to individuals aged 16 years or older at the time of entry.
- Employees of Victory Workwear, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising or promotion agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
3. How to Enter
- To enter the Competition, participants must follow the instructions provided in the competition post on Facebook and Instagram.
- Participants must Like, follow our page ,fill in entry form.
- Only one entry per person is allowed. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
4. Competition Period
- The Competition begins on [start date] at [start time] and ends on [end date] at [end time] (the “Competition Period”).
- Entries received after the Competition Period will not be considered.
5. Prize
- The winner will receive a voucher worth £150 of Bisley clothing this can be redeemed in store or on our website.
- The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other form of compensation.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
- The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Competition Period.
- The winner will be announced on Facebook live within 2 days after the end of the Competition Period.
- The winner will be notified via email/phone on the platform used for the entry.
- If the winner does not respond within 7 days of the notification, they will forfeit the prize, and an alternate winner will be selected.
7. Privacy
- By entering the Competition, participants agree to the collection and use of their personal data in accordance with Victory Workwear’s Privacy Policy.
- The winner agrees to the use of their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
8. General Conditions
- Victory Workwear reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Competition if any fraud, technical failures, or other factors beyond Victory Workwear’s control impair the integrity or proper functioning of the Competition, as determined by Victory Workwear in its sole discretion.
- Victory Workwear reserves the right to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Competition or to be acting in violation of these Terms or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.
9. Limitation of Liability
- Victory Workwear is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, technical failures, unauthorized human intervention, or any other errors or problems in the operation of the Competition.
- By participating in the Competition, participants agree to release and hold harmless Victory Workwear, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives, and agents from any and all liability for any injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the Competition or the use or acceptance of any prize.
10. Governing Law
- The Competition and these Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United Kingdom, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Magistrates Courts.
